Frequently Asked Questions
Please read over the questions and answers below and if there's anything we haven't answered, just shoot us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Q:
Can I pick up my order?
A:
Yes! We now offer pick up or take out services. You'll have the option to pick up your order or have it delivered when you check out.
Q:
What is No-Contact Delivery?
A:
Just let us know where to leave the food and include your phone number so we can text you as soon as the food is dropped off. It is also greatly appreciated if you extend the same respect to your driver, so if you're feeling ill, please opt for no-contact delivery and make sure your delivery spot is cleaned and sterilized. We don't want anyone here to get sick or potentially infect any of our other customers.
Q:
Is food delivery safe amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns?
Q:
Do you have alcoholic beverages?
A:
No, we are not licensed for that. If you'd like us to cater a party for you, you'll need to hire a bartender / bartending service.
Q:
Can I make my order Gluten Free?
A:
Yes, you can, but please be aware that we DO NOT cook out of a Gluten Free kitchen.
Q:
Can you make my order Organic?
A:
Yes, we can typically find Organic substitutions, but if we cannot find one, we will make the item as usual. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us with any questions.
Q:
Can I make my order Dairy Free?
A:
Yes, we can typically find Dairy Free substitutions, but if we cannot find one, we will make the item as usual. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us with any questions.
Q:
Do you accept credit cards?
A:
Yes, we process credit card payments thru Venmo and Square. But we accept credit cards for our services only. If you want us to include an additional amount for some other service, your order will not be accepted.
Q:
Can I add additional servings to my order?
A:
Yes, just let us know and we will likely be able to accommodate you.
Q:
Is it possible to order something that's not on your menu?
A:
Of course. Just let us know what you want and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Q:
What's the latest time I can place my order?
A:
For Corporate Catering, we require your order to be in by 6 pm the previous day, this can be earlier for larger orders. This way we'll have enough time to shop for any ingredients necessary to prepare your order.
But let us know if you need it sooner. Depending on what you're ordering and how much, it could be ready sooner.
Note: All orders are made to order so they will arrive to you as fresh as possible, but the more time you give us, the better you order will be.
Q:
Can I place my order a few weeks/months in advance?
A:
Yes, just let us know if there are any changes prior to delivery/pick-up.
Q:
Can you put my order in individual containers?
A:
Yes. So if you place an order with an item that serves 10, we can package each serving in its own container. Please note that beginning July 12th, 2021 we will be charging for this service. While we do understand the desire to have food individually packaged per COVID, packaging food this way takes additional time, significantly increases waste, makes it harder (bulkier) for delivery, and makes it harder to keep the food warm. The fee will be $0.75 per serving on items that can be individually packaged.
Q:
What kind of parties & events do you cater to?
A:
We can cater any kind of event including, but not limited to: Weddings, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Gender Reveal Parties, Bridal Showers, Bachelor Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Oscar Parties, Super Bowl Parties, Pool Parties, Surprise Parties, Product Launches, Office Parties, Holiday Parties including Christmas Parties and New Year's Eve Parties. We've also catered meals for Film & TV Shoots either at the Studio or Set Location, Print & Advertising Shoots, Corporate Catered Breakfasts & Lunches, Sunday Brunches, Dinners, Family Reunions & other gathering. We've also catered Office Meetings & Town Halls, Open Houses & Broker's Opens. We get a lot of orders to Doctor's Offices & Hospitals, Schools & Colleges. We've even gotten orders from to our competitors like UberEats & Black Angus Restaurant as well as factories like Amazon, FabFitFun and Marijuana Plants & Distributors. There's really no limit to the type of event we have catered to and will cater to.
Q:
What is your order minimum?
A:
$200 of the food total (before delivery and tax).
Q:
Can I hire you to deliver food on a regular basis?
A:
Yes, we can certainly arrange something for you.
Q:
